Telescript Introduces Innovative AR Tempro Glass That Virtually Eliminates Glare & Reflections.

Las Vegas, NV (April 10, 2000) -- Telescript, Inc is displaying an innovative new tempered glass with numerous broadcast applications here at NAB 2000. AR Tempro Glass features an anti-reflective and contrast enhanced performance along with a tempered coating for durability. The glass is ideal for broadcast anchor desks as well as numerous sports applications where cameras frequently shoot through glass partitions or backboards.

"With the introduction of AR Tempro Glass, we are augmenting our existing product line by offering a unique and practical solution to the longstanding problem that glare and reflections pose throughout the industry," said John McGrath, Director, Telescript, Inc. "AR Tempro Glass has already been embraced by several leading broadcast operations for studio anchor desk applications. We anticipate similar responses from lighting directors, broadcast engineers and set designers across the industry once they see the product firsthand."

AR Tempro Glass features multiple layers of thin film optical coatings that eliminate greater than 99% of the glare and reflections encountered with conventional smoked Plexiglas. In addition, the surface is tempered to provide an ultra-hard surface that is resistant to scratches, fingerprints and smudging. As a result, the glass is ideal for sports applications such as basketball backboards, baseball backstops and hockey rink enclosures.

Several broadcasters, including MSNBC, have already committed to the new glass for their anchor desks. An anchor desk modeled after one being used by WPIX in New York is on display in Telescript's NAB exhibit to demonstrate how effectively AR Tempro Glass eliminates glare and reflections in brightly-lit studio environments.
